Shipping policy

We dispatch items out Monday to Friday, any orders before 1pm we aim to send the same day.

We send our inks out with Royal Mail:

Standard delivery we use Royal Mail 48

Express Delivery we use Royal Mail 24

For larger items such as printers we use DHL Express, the majority of items sent out this way will arrive Next Day.

If for any reason an item dispatch is going to be delayed we will let you know by email as soon as possible.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before finalising your order, any items that go missing because of an incorrect delivery address given cannot be refunded.

For DHL Express deliveries Tracking will be provided and can be followed at www.dhl.com. This will allow you to track your parcel and arrange a safe place for delivery if you're not going to be available on the day of delivery.
